Background: Unlike his ostentatious brother who's as bold as brass, Matthew is more like the silver. Not good for volume and majesty, and so he's always been a pretty ornament in the background. Unlike his brother, he takes on the surname Williams, after their father, but was mostly raised by their mother. Even with the better grades and the naturally easy going countenance, however, he is still less popular than Alfred, and this can sometimes make Matthew a little bitter-- but he does love his brother too. This half-French speaking Canuck strives to be different, and vows that ne will remember his stuffed polar bear's name one day.
