Yes it is the official Gakuen Hetalia uniform.
The old style one, with different styles and colours for each continent.

I wouldn't have thought so; I don't know about you, but I'd hate for everyone to be able to find out exactly where I'm staying, unless I tell them. You could get a lot of privacy issues...

(Also I'm part of the assassin's guild at my university. If I let people find out where I live all the time, then I'll be killed!! Dun dun dun!)

Is there a particular reason why you ask?

Oh yeah~ Its for an RP. I was thinking if the doors has names Eg G.Beilschmidt, Gil could get confused and mistake A. Carriedo for Antonio and just barge into Alejandros room XD (also... he needs a room lol )

I'm sort of waiting for Izzie to come online so I could ask her about whether I'm allowed to assign people to dorms and whatnot... don't worry, I do intend to have it sorted out.

Sorry, but it wouldn't be on the doors. Perhaps it's written on a piece of paper on the noticeboard, so that people moving in may find their places to stay?

Besides dorms these days have keys. Mine had a swipe card. You can't bust into anyone's rooms these days. Laptops and toasters get swiped that way. I should know. I learned the hard way. D:

My old dormitory used swipe cards to get into the room, and if it failed after three swipes, you had to use your key to open the door.

My current dorm is key only now.

Yeah, everything in the Noticeboard section are actually physically on a real noticeboard both students and staff have access to XD

LOLOL do we have a list for teachers and their subjects as well as other subjects that need one? Man I hope we get an Estonia computer teacher that would be marvoulous. I would there to be a PE teacher who Gilbert can call coach xD A Rome PE teacher would be kinda funny |D .....I suddenly imagined Germania head of the maths department.... SERIOUS FACE AS HE WRITES EQUATIONS ON THE BOARD WHILE THE WHOLE CLASS SITS IN FEAR.
