Flyer: Gardening Club!

Ivan hesitated when he read the flyer. He'd always wanted to grow flowers. The climate back home had never been right for it though. He picked up the pen to sign his name, then stopped himself. He didn't want to get dirty, like the poster implied he would have to. He wondered if he could do things that didn't involve dirt. He didn't want to feel like a commoner while doing a hobby. Eventually deciding that he probably could find better tasks within the club, he signed the flyer with wild abandon.

The sign caused Kiku to stop and stare at it before he continued walking. He did like to plant things, but he wasn't exactly one to be outdoors... especially at school. He paused for a moment, glancing back at the flyer, then looking away again. Well, he did spend a bit too much time in his room or in the library... And perhaps being in this club would ease his parent's worries about his reclusive habits. Besides, he was just signing up to show interest, not necessarily to join. He might as well see what had to be said about this club before he dismissed it completely. He wrote his name down carefully, taking notice of the boldly written name before his own. So there was at least one other interested... surely... it wouldn't be a bad experience?

Emma barely even read the flyer. She didn't really need to. She had been waiting for a Gardening Club to pop up. If it wasn't started by someone else, she would have started it herself. But that didn't matter now because there was a potential Gardening Club starting and she wanted to be a part of it. Though the preexisting gardens around the school were nice, she wanted to add to them, make them larger and fuller... Emma slowly pulled herself out of her daydream, then realized she forget what she had been doing. Seeing the flyer and pen in front of her, it took her only a few seconds to remember, pick up the pen, and carefully sign her name under the first two names.

Raivis hadn't been paying attention at all when he passed the noticeboard as he hurried to the library. Stopping, he realised what he'd caught in the corner of his eye. Shuffling back he took the time to study the flyer, his face lighting up as he did so.

Flowers always seemed to bring out something a little odd in Raivis but he still loved them all the same. Being outdoors among the plant life made him feel more at ease and the gardens on the grounds were so wonderful the club must be good. Hastily he scribbled down his name and hurried on his way with a smile on his face.
