Dislikes: being alone. scary things, yelling, getting hurt (Skinned knees are a huge problem in football!), blood, planes, being bullied for being shy, when people think she's not smart, really loud music or noises, deep water (because there could be sharks or fish with big teeth or alligators..)

Background (doesn't have to be too much, just enough to give your character some depth):

Anneliese, or Annie, has lived a very sheltered life on her not so green homeland. She's been home schooled until now when a psychiatrist said it was time she was 'socialized' with people off the island. So thanks to her father's connections on the mainland (old money and doting grandparents..) and a favour called in by her mother she found herself packing. Her university professor parents have shipped her from her home in Nuuk, Greenland and predictable, safe life to boarding school so that way she was as far as possible and she's freaked out by planes so she wouldn't be able to get back so easily. The not so little girl is finally entering the world, and she wants to make new friends for the first time. Her hobbies are not so lady like despite her cute looks, rough and tumble sports and killing some zombies (so scary!!). When she does do lady like things they are of the old lady variety; craft festivals and folk music concerts. Annie is quite bright, but she's very shy, awkward and timid so it comes off that she's either stuck up or she's not very smart. Out on the football pitch or doing something she's comfortable in she gains a bit of confidence in herself and is able to excel and shine.


Look wise Annie looks very much like her Danish father with bright blue eyes, light blond hair and pale skin. The only thing she got from her half Greenlandic, half Norwegian mother is her height (she's a little short), pretty smile, long hair and their language. She's fluent in Danish, Greenlandic and Norwegian thanks to her bright parents. There's no huge shopping malls in her hometown so she tends to wear a mix of second hand clothes, things her mother made and knits she gets from craft festivals. She really likes anything cute like skirts and dresses with mixing patterns like florals and stripes.

In that case, you might be aware that we're just about to start doing applications rather than just allowing characters to come in and joining the RP straight away. I'm afraid I'll have to hold you to that rule, in which case, for an OC you would have to expand your profile a lot larger than it currently is now.

I'd love to go through a few points about what to expand, but, it's five in the morning and I need to sleep tonight. So I'll have to do it later on today - if Izzie doesn't beat me.
